I agree, it's someone you know earning £10 per ticket ?

    Detective work is required

Whoever it is, they must be asked of their relationship with HMRC

OK, so I am a foreigner, can I still complain to the MP in the area I live?

Any suggestion on if I could, and/or how I should approach this? Thanks.

Write him/her a letter with your complaint detailed in it.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Update

    1) I received debt collect letter sent on 17 December, asking for £160 LOL. Of course, I will ignore it.

    2) I haven't heard from the managing company for my building. Should I chase them at some point? I suppose they will ignore the email if I don't chase?

    3) About writing to MP. I know this sounds super lazy. Is there any template I can use? I mean I will add in details of my own experience of course. Also, what title I should have? Thanks.

    Yes, ignore debt crawlers.
    Yes, chase up your complaint
No, there is no template. Use the information in red from post 1 of the NEWBIES, and emphasise that you are being harassed for parking I your own space.

    Hey guys, I have updates.

The debt collector sent me 4 letters, I ignored them all.

The managing company of my building replied me regarding to my request to be opted out for the parking space agreement. below is their reply

"Thank you for your email regarding wishing to opt out of the parking scheme.

The site is patrolled as a whole and parking enforcement is valid on this development.

The directors of the development introduced parking enforcement on this site and all owners were written to regarding this, therefore we would be unable to exempt your bay as you have requested.

With regard to the PCN can you please advise why this was issued incorrectly so that this can be looked into further for you."

I wonder how I should reply them. Thanks for your input!

They wrote to all owners BUT did they actually carry out a consultation and receive 75% agreement with no more than 10% disagreeing?
