Number plate error using mobile app

Hi. I paid 30.00 to park in an Ncp carpark in a railway station. The money was paid using Dash Parking a mobile app. I accidently entered the numbers on my numberplate as 19 when they should have read 17. It was a complete accident and payment was made in good faith without realising the error. I was parked there for three days and recellived a fine for day two and three. Interestingly I did not receive a fine for the first day. Do I have any grounds for appeal or not. If so what is the best way to proceed?

Ncp carpark in a railway station.

Appeal as per the NEWBIES thread, as they cannot hold a registered keeper appellant liable. No story of what happened, no adding or editing out any words from the usual template in the sticky thread. No implying on NCP's webpage, who the driver was!

Then search the forum for NCP POPLA railway byelaws, which shows you threads that show how to win at POPLA, taking advantage of the fact that railway land is not 'relevant land' under the POFA and NCP can't hold a keeper liable (and they don't know who was driving).

Easy one, follow the NEWBIES thread.

Promise us you won't copy & paste the blue writing appeal here asking ''is it this one?''... please spare us that awful thing...!
