Triton Shower stops after a minute

Hi all, I bought and installed a Triton shower about 1.5-2yrs ago and it's been working fine for all this time.

Over the past few weeks it's been cutting out more and more to the point now when it's turning off after a 30-60seconds.

I did wonder whether it might be lower water pressure now that it's cooled outside, so I was going to get a pressure tester if I can find one cheap.

Other than that I've tried it with the cold setting at the highest pressure (coldest) to rule out a thermostat maybe, but it still cuts out.

Not sure if washing machine and dishwasher require a similar minimum pressure if any at all, but they're working fine.

Any ideas what it might be?

It's a Triton Ivory 4 7.8-8.5kW, minimum pressure should be 0.7 bar.

    Have you descaled the head?

Yes I've descaled the head a few times since I bought it.

I've opened the cover again to check to see if there were any loose wires for some reason, but everything is in place and tight as the day I installed it.

I've emailed Triton as it should be covered by their 5-10 year warranty.

If the water is cutting out even when on cold, that could be due to a problem with the solenoid valve. Google it, there's plenty of pages of advice. You can buy replacement coils or the whole valve, but if it's under warranty then best pursue with the manufacturer first.
