About 3/4 months ago I ordered a pair of jeans costing £21.50, arrived fine, all ok.
A month or so later I got a statement from them saying I was £21.50 in credit with them - I NEVER opened a credit account as I always pay by debit card. I rang them up and they said something about the payment being taken twice and so automatically a credit account was opened in my name with £21.50 in it. They said this was their error and would transfer the money back onto my debit card (bank account) and close the credit account.
I have now just received another statement STILL saying I am £21.50 in credit. I stupidly assumed that they would do as they said on the phone and never checked that the money was transferred back.
I am very peed off at the mo, means I have to phone again to try and sort it out. Either that or order something totalling £21.50 and just leave it at that.
