    Youre not logging an appeal
    You're eventually filing a defence.
    Firstly youre acknowledging the claim.
Do it when youre away from work. MOST work machines should not be able to access dropbox, as its very dangerous....
  • ok thank you
  • my defense is pretty long, maybe too long shall i post on here?

Or put it in a dropbox file - your choice.

Have you done the AoS yet?

You might want to go through that and take out anything that is untrue (called perjury) and anything that you cannot prove with evidence.
What i do know is the signs are the size of a postage stamp

That is exactly the approach to take. Have the smallest defence you can that answers their claim and no more.

use anything she has posted , AS LONG AS IT IS TRUE IN YOUR CASE

    ie:- no perjury

so adapt as necessary to make it fit your facts
  • It says to state the law you want to relate to and i don't know any apart from the bevis case, but this draft seems to be relevant to my case. The signs are not equal throughout the car park, there is none to the far left or far right just seems to be at entrance and down the middle. The previous letter my colleague helped me with and he was in same position for the same car park. He sent that and they didn't submit a defense.

one of my colleagues received a big pack (like a brick for the same car park) filled with all of the evidence - parking ticket, letters, signs so these do not play games but the signs are that small are not in parts of the car park i have no idea how they can even have the cheek to go after people, He was only over 14 mins as well and now he has to pay each month to the scum bags. Do not want to end up where he is, as i don't intend on giving them a penny.
