Have now received a “Notice if Allocation to the Small Claims Track”! ����!♂️

CEL have several weeks to pay the trial fee of £25.

From reading the forum I will begin to draft my WS but could somebody just clarify whether I should be asking them to supply me with all correspondence they have sent? I believe I have read this on a link in the sticky thread but can’t seem to find it now (when I need it!)

Just trying to get my head around what I am going to write and what my actual evidence will be.

I have just realised that I have not received a copy of CEL’s direct questionnaire even though I sent them a copy of mine.

Does anyone know if they were supposed to send me a copy?

Yes of course they should have sent you a copy of their's.

If you like, but it hardly seems worth doing either.

How has a missing DQ from the Claimant affected you?

They will probably swear blind that they sent you a copy.
