Met Parking - Mcdonalds Binley Woods Coventry

Hi
I have just recieved a letter from Met Parking demanding £100 for an overstay at Mcdonalds. I have appealed online but unfortunately did so before finding the website.
on the day I visited the Mcdonalds around 9.30 and met a work colleague for breakfast and then around 30 minutes later headed off to a business event down the road. around an hour later I called into the drive thru for a coffee on my way home. MET parking are using the picture showing me pulling in to the car park entrance at 9.30 and the picture of my car leaving mcdonalds after the second visit claiming it was one visit.
Since finding the website I have used the template in the newbie section requesting all pictures relating to my vehicle on the day and requesting all further correspondance be in writing.
I have als contacted Mcdonalds UK and asked them to either look into this or either to give me the contact details for Binley Woods or pass on my email to the manager
any other advice at this stage would be appreciated as I am pretty much fuming at the cheek of this company and do not intend paying this charge

Complain to the cafe manager, head office/CEO of McD's, your MP and the MP where the cafe is located if different about this unregulated scam and their unfit for purpose ANPR system.
This has been banned by the UK Government for car park monitoring in council and local government car parks due to the errors it generates, but unregulated private parking use those errors to generate an income.
Leave negative feedback on social media to warn others about this scam location.
Otherwise all you can do is wait to see what the scammers do about your appeal. Don't be surprised if/when it is rejected.
You should get a PoPLA code with your rejection so you then use the template appeal points from post 3 of the NEWBIES to construct a second stage appeal.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
Did you pay by card? You will have 2 receipts on your statement. Did you keep the McDonald's receipts to get the £1.99 Big Mac offers?0

Double dip PCNs issued by ANPR are a common scam and must be cancelled:

If they do not, report them to the Information Commissioner for mishandling of data by their faulty ANPR system and show the ICO the above links, to show it's not a one-off, but a major scam affecting the industry, who do not care.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
