Appealing multiple fines at the same time...

Hello everybody,
I inadvertently may or may not have parked in what I though was a travelodge carpark. It now turns out that it was a private carpark (with evidently inadequate signage  ) I have just received a PCN for one of the five days I was there...
Inevitably the PCN arrived on a Friday even so I can't ring them immediately. However as it was via CCTV I suspect there will be 4 more in the post, its a bit strange that day 4 of 5 has arrived first though?
When appealing the extravagant and excessive invoice  , do we appeal them as a job lot or individually?
TYI

Appeal all of them individually.
Send the blue text appeal from post #1 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread.
Send it unchanged - no additions or alterations necessary.
Send them as the vehicle's keeper.
Have you complained to the Travelodge yet?
Who are you thinking of ringing? Surely not the Parking Company?
Who is the Parking Company?
What are the dates of these parking events?0 -
Have you used your real name as your forum username?
If so, you would be well advised to get your forum username changed to something completely anonymous.
To do that, you might like to read this short extract from The MSE Forum Guide - Frequently Asked Questions & Rules:Q. How can I change my username?
A. In most circumstances, this is not permitted.
The only reason we will change your username is if it puts your privacy at risk. This usually means you've inadvertently registered using your name, email address or something that gives away your identity within your username.
If you fall into this category, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com and request that it is changed, giving three alternative usernames in order of preference.0 -
Hello,
Yes complained to travelodge, very sorry but hands tied not their property et cetera.
Ringinf Care Parking appeals line to get the ball rolling.
24th - 28th Sept.
Nope not my name (or anyone I know of either!)
So fire in an appeal to each one if (hopefully) or when (sadly more likely) they come in?

Hello,
So I am appealing a parking charge and as per the profroma letter requested they contact me by letter.
However they have replied (refusing my appeal unsurprisingly) by email...
Does this change things?
Obviously I now appeal to popla but I wondered if this will help and should be mentioned or is simply one of those things...
TIA0 -
No mileage for you in this0

I encountered something similar in the past, dispute between two landowners on a works car park. Should have got 50+ tickets, but only got 10-15. Either the ANPR technology was pants and/or they only switched the cameras on sporadically.0
