How do I nominate who's bank account gets my benefits paid into?

Hi I'm 19 how do you nominate who's bank account gets my benefits paid into I have my own bank account but if I wanted the benefits paid into someone else's account how do I do that do I have to sign a form? And do other people need my permission to have my benefits paid into someone else's account?
