If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Each call costs £2, plus your network access charge.

A single online entry costs £2 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Flights
This element of the prize consists of return business class flights operated by Aer Lingus for the winner and up to three companions from the winner’s nearest UK airport (subject to the limitations set out below) via Dublin, Ireland to Los Angeles International Airport, USA.

L.A. Stay
This element of the prize consists of a two-bedroom deluxe villa at The Sunset Marquis Hotel in West Hollywood for seven nights and private return SUV transfers from Los Angeles International Airport to the hotel including:
- Complimentary Full American Breakfast;
- In-Room Amenities;
- Floral Arrangement;
- Complimentary access to Equinox Health Club; and
- Complimentary Internet.

Other
Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. The prize must be booked and taken up within 12 months of winner confirmation. Flights must be booked at the same time and on the same itinerary, four weeks in advance of the date of travel and once booked cannot be changed. Flights cannot be taken from 20 December 2018 to 4 January 2019 (inclusive).. Where any of the winner’s companions is aged under 18 years old, such companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the USA including but not limited to making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) authorization under the Visa Waiver Program. With effect from 1 April 2016, travellers to the USA under the Visa Waiver Program must hold a passport with an integrated chip. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
