Ukpc CC claim form

Evening all,

I’ve had a look through the thread and cannot find anything to help my situation... I received a county court claim re a parking pass display issue at my residential parking... the pass was on display allbeit a little curled and they took photos over a one week period in 2016 and now their taking me to court for £1000+ I read elsewhere never to contact them due to it being an invoice and not a parking charge and now i’ve come home to a county court letter!!

Help me please!! Thank you!!

"the thread" you need to read whichwill help you deal with a county court claim is the Newbies faq thread near the top of the forum

#2 there covers court claims right through to the hearing

Follow the walkthrough there to submit your AOS which gets you a total of 28 days to submit your defence

Then set about researching other threads and the links in the FAQ to construct your defence

Post it up here for comments before sending it in

As above plus as this is a Residential case then it will all turn on the wording of you lease or rental agreement. For example was the space included (exclusively) in your agreement or was it separate.

Is it allocated spaces or free for all? Were you in your own space?

The permits are secondary to the issue of the rights you had to park and that is what we need to know. Don't get sucked in by their nonsense.
