Council parking permit holder

Hi,

I have received a parking fine for £25 from the Council (It was stuck on my windscreen). I appealed the fine and sent them a photo of the permit. They have written to me and rejected the claim. They have 2 photos which only show a reflection of the trees through the windscreen.

My permit had fallen off the dashboard so it wasn't visible. However, I am reluctant to pay a fine after already holding a valid parking permit. This seems unfair.

Have I got grounds to challenge the appeal as the photograph does not adaquetly show that no parking permit is on show? If I lose then the fine will double to £50.

Thanks!

You need to take this to pepipoo they are the experts on "real" parking tickets, this forum majors on private parking charges.
