Privvte Sales Rules

I've had an offer accepted on a property and mine is up for sale - both through Purple Bricks. However I haven't yet paid their fee and I now have some interest from a neighbour (who I think is currenly renting). If the neighbour makes me an offer can I opt for a private sale? And if I do what will Purple Bricks say/do? Will I still have to pay them their fee for the sale?
Any advice gratefully received.

Cant read your contract from here; I suspect though that yes you will pay the fee.

you pay purple bricks regardless of if you sell or not.

Edited to show an excerpt from their website

    PAYMENT TERMS – EXTREMELY IMPORTANT

    PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
If you choose to Pay Later you shall make payment in full of the Product Service Fee when any of the following occurs, whichever happens first:

When the property sells and the legal process is complete or
If you withdraw your instructions for us to market the property or
If you choose not to use the Conveyancing Services or
Ten months from the date you enter into the Service Agreement.

That's very helpful, but worth noting that may not be the terms on the OPs contract.

PBs contract terms have always been broadly the same - you pay whether or not the property sells.

If the OP hasn't paid yet, it sounds like they opted for 'Pay Later' - which ties them into using PB's conveyancers - or paying an extra admin charge of £360 instead of using their conveyancer.
