Unless I'm missing something, TSB's £5 DD cashback offer is no longer open to new applicants (even though accounts opened by June receive cashback up to December), as per https://www.tsb.co.uk/current-accounts/classic-plus-account/?WT.ac=A00254:

Good news for you, then - you don't need DDs to get the TSB 5%..Now someone's said it, I do remember seeing that you had to open by 8 June to qualify for it until December. Oh well! Still worth doing for the interest. Don't get 5% on my products at the moment.0
