Car registered to house that is for sale...

Hi All
I'll try and keep it brief. I've read the newbie thread and understand that I should wait to see if a NTK is sent and go from there. Its a myparkingcharge. Co. Uk NTD for the wheel being over the line (fractionally over the line, extremely wide roadway, infant in carseat to get out etc).
Whilst I am waiting for the letters to start arriving, the address the car is registered to is up for sale and has been for some time. If it sells while in the midst of this insane parking charge saga, how am I supposed to receive the letters without acknowledging it? I'm just applying for a new mortgage and obviously wondering how this is going to affect things. Am I right in thinking my credit would only be affected if/when a CCJ is received?
Any advice is extremely appreciated!

Get your mail redirected.

Provided that a CCJ is paid within 30 days (I think) of when it's issued, there will be no effect on your credit record.0 -

Simply advise the PPC when you change address
and request confirmation
Mail redirection is not 100%
"THE KEEPER OF REG XXXXX has moved to ....."
HOW YOU CAN GET A CCJ (County Court Judgement)
1: They must firstly take you to court
2: You have the opportunity to defend
3: A judge will rule who is the winner
4: If you lose (doubtful), the judge will make
an order for you to pay (normally with 28 days)
5: If you ignore the court and do not pay, then
you will get a CCJ
6: However if you do pay as the court orders,
that is it ...... NO CCJ .. NO ENTRIES ON YOUR
CREDIT FILE
DANGER POINT .... If you ignore official claims from
Northampton ... A county court claim, DO NOT IGNORE0 -
Thank you so much for the quick reply!
I shall redirect when I need to and just wait and see I guess !♀️0 -

Let me tell you about mail redirect. I moved using this
service and for 2 weeks, I had no mail.
After visiting the PO centre, it was discovered that my mail
was being delivered elsewhere.
You cannot afford to miss any claim from a court0 -

Also, when you move, you must update your Driving Licence, and your vehicle registration documents with the DVLA, at your new address.
This requires two separate notifications, some people seem to think that one automatically updates the other, but it doesn't.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.0 -

"THE KEEPER OF REG XXXXX has moved to ....."PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

mail redirect is for a period of 2 yrs MAXIMUM , those clowns have upto 6 yrs to start court action
the parking CO MUST be informed of your new (or servicable) address
the parking Co do NOT have the right to ask the DVLA for your new address , they can only ask ONCE
as there was a ticket on the car , in theory they cannot get your info untill day 28 , however those clown are saying its not a ticket , its just a note to tell you , that you "may" be getting a ticket0
