    Dear all this is to update this thread.

    I have sent the appeal in time with the template. After one week I've got a letter from UKPC saying they have cancelled the charge notice.

    I would like to thank everyone who helped and advised regarding this matter.

    Well done. Now please help us by complaining to your MP about this unregulated scam, pointing out that the cowboys had no business issuing the charge in the first place.

    Please also tell all your friends and family where to come if they get a PCN/NTK.
