Maybe the removal of Legal Aid opened the flood gates to what we have now, a compensation culture, no win, no fee has certainly contributed to a "get rich quick" societyI'm hopeless with technology, in addition, I suffer with MH issues, what may appear simple, I struggle with, may I ask, please be patient, thank you0

Unless the OH physician has a background in mental health then I would personally take that diagnosis with a pinch of salt
I've taken it as an opinion from someone who hasn't consulted with my GP, reviewed my medical notes or those qualified in me requiring previous psychiatric medical intervention
I'm guessing the terminally was used for my employer's benefit,I'm hopeless with technology, in addition, I suffer with MH issues, what may appear simple, I struggle with, may I ask, please be patient, thank you0 -

Although I've been off sick for 8 weeks, prior to this, my employers decision was to relocate me due to the contining harrassment.
I'm a little confused. You say the grievance was not upheld and also say you want to relocate but then say your employer wants to relocate you. Why are you going to an ET? What did you want from the grievance, it seems they wanted to move you and you wanted to move so I'm failing to see the issue.
Honestly, I agree with the others, once you take your employer to court the relationship has broken down. Probably best to start looking elsewhere and get a reference agreed as part of the ET.0
