Has anyone experimented with File Exchange for eBay?
I know normally this tool would be used (as far as I can tell) for a bulk upload of listings.
The reason I looked into it was I had a listing with many multi variations and twice through some eBay glitch I wont go into, the listing came down. When trying to re-do the multi variation listing, twice I hit the delete key on my laptop when I shouldn't which causes it to execute the "back" button in Internet Explorer, and had to start all over.
So last night I managed to download the said listing using File Exchange, but rather than a description field and the pictures etc, you simply get the listing title and all the variations detailed on separate lines.
I have not, as yet, worked out how I can use this as a "backup" of the listing and how it can be re-uploaded. Has anyone else looked at this tool?
