Amex card: when will my first payment be due?

I am thinking of getting a new Amex card (Amex preferred rewards gold) and am hoping someone can tell me when I will receive my first bill. Will it be one month after opening my account with payment due 2-3 weeks later?

Want to make sure I can pay off in full.....

Also, why do I get a pop up message saying I'm about to post a thread in the grabbit forum when I'm (hopefully) posting in credit cards?

It could be any time. When you receive it, it will tell you your due date.

Yes that is about right. Best thing is when you get the card is ask for the exact date.
