P4 parking fine Scotland

Hi all,
Have recently moved into a new flat , and the next day was away on business travel for 5 days and came back to a p4 parking charge ticket on my windscreen. I live in Edinburgh Scotland. I did appeal (know now I should have just ignored) and had it denied even though I live there, have a lease to show I just moved in and have a permit. Can I ignore? Please help

I appealed as I thought I had a clear case for dismissal, stupidly shouldn’t have been so honest! Therefore they have some of my details , although I didn’t explicable say I was ‘driving’0

What happened when you complained to your Managing Agents who took the scam firm on? They can cancel these if you are polite but persistent.
Why are you even agreeing to display a permit in what sounds like your own space - opt out NOW or you will be fined on any old excuse all the time.
You need to stop accepting a scam scheme, opt out.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
