Are the CMS now run by DWP?

Quick question. I’m currently away on holiday in Morocco’s and have received two missed calls from the DWP.
I have a three year old daughter with my ex partner, we have a private agreement set up where I would pay monthly towards my daughter. (This is through the government tax free nursery vouchers scheme)
Recently my ex has been very funny towards me, to the point where she has stopped me from seeing my daughter. Due to this I have looked into mediation. My ex did mention that she would now look into receiving payments through the CMS.
This is fine as I have nothing to hide and want to contribute to my daughters upkeep, although this does not mean it will guarantee she will let me see my daughter.
My question being is the CMS now run by the DWP as I have read conflicting information about this online.

Both the CMS and CSA have always been part of the DWP and will initially describe themselves as such on the phone in order to protect the privacy of the call recipient. Everybody has dealing with the DWP, but not necessarily CMS/CSA0
