Atom Bank app not working

I cannot access my Atom Bank accounts - when I load the app, it says there is no internet connection, even though there is. Anyone else having any issues?
I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?

Still cannot connect. I don't know if there's a recent update to the app that's caused the problem - it might be wise to warn people not to update the app if they haven't done so.
I've been onto the support helpline, and they're unable to assist. They suggested trying to go into various settings, but the app won't let me do anything, and the guy on the helpline hasn't got a clue.
What a daft idea having a bank that can only be accessed by an app is- you can't even log on via the Internet! Its fine when it works, but a nightmare when it doesn't.I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?0 -

I've just spotted a pending update in my App Updates (IOS). Logged in ok, so I've disabled automatic updates, just in case. Last log in was in February:o1 -
just in case you missed it, there is a msg on their website about a problem with their app
"We’re aware of problems with people trying to log in to our app with the new iPhone. We’re busy working on a fix and it will be ready very soon! Sorry for any inconvenience"0 -

I saw that. I have an Android phone. But its working now after numerous attempts. Once my fixed saver matures I won't be going back to themI consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?0 -

On the basis of an app not working once in an account you might look at monthly or most likely yearly ?0 -
I've got the fixed saver too, and I must admit, though logging in was a pain at times, I rarely logged in.
Hardly a showstopper IMHO but hey! Good luck with your new, chosen provider OP.Space available for rent0 -

It isn't the first time. I got a new phone last year and had similar issues.I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?0 -

Ah but you and I come from a different generation where the only "access" we got was the monthly printed statement for a current account and an annual printed statement for a fixed rate bond type savings account.
Strange to report we managed with notes kept in our heads and on scraps of paper as to what we spent vs what we got in.0 -

Point about these fixed period accounts is that there's no point looking at them except to remind yourself what you've got or to renew/close when the period ends.0
