Since no-one has asked, what does it say in the middle box on the left hand side of the form under "Particulars"?
Be aware there are lots of "defences" to choose from but just because it is called a defence, doesn't mean it is one. You have to answer the points raised in your claim particulars one by one and leave everything else (such as rants) out.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Money due in respect of a PCN
PCN allowed the Defendant 28 days to pay the PCN. Defendant has failed to settle despite demand.
Claim also includes Statutory Interest at a rate of 8% per annum.
Claimant also claims Contractual costs pursuant to PCN Terms and Conditions.0 -

Particulars of claim
The Claimant's claim is for the sum of £xxx.xx being monies due from the Defendant to the Claimant in respect of a PCN issued on xx/xx/xxxx at xx:xx:xx at
The PCN relates to xxxxx under registration xxxxxxx.
The terms of the PCN allowed the defendant 28 days from the issue date to pay the PCN, but the Defendant failed to do so. Despite demand having been made, the Defendant has failed to settle their outstanding liability.
The claim also includes Statutory Interest pursuant to section 69 of the County Courts Act 1984 at a rate of 8% per annum a daily rate of 0.02 from xx/xx/xxxx to 26/09/2018 being an amount of £xx.xx.
The claimant also claims £60.00 contractual costs pursuant to PCN Terms and Conditions.0 -

The POC are typical vague rubbish, same as all the others you will hopefully have been reading over the weekend. If not, you need to do as already advised:Do the search BW Legal PAS and also read (thoroughly) post #2 of the NEWBIES thread for what to do, and come back telling us you've done the Acknowledgement of Service.
Then we will help further, when we see a decent draft defence to discuss.
