Evening all
Received a Parking Charge Notice last year after the driver stopped for a kip in the middle of the night at a service station.
Decided to ignore it. Several more letters turned up and ignored them, too.
Recently received a letter from SCS Law stating they are requesting payment.
Had a look through the newbies PCN sticky and the rest of the parking forum and am a little confused as to which direction to go next.
Could anyone kindly point me in the right one?
Much appreciated

Complain to MOTO and get them to cancel it as 'the driver' was asleep.
https://www.theguardian.com/money/2013/jul/08/snoozing-moto-service-stationThey said: “We fully support responsible motoring and as such have a policy that any driver who has slept in their car can speak to the duty manager at the services and a PCN will not be issued if they overstay their two-hour allotted time.”
NO implying who was driving - please now edit the ''I'' out of your forum post! ONLY ''the driver'' did this/that!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you for the lightning-quick response. It's much appreciated.

You are now in the ignore everything/debt collectors/wait and see stage
See #4 in the Newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum for advice on dealing with debt collectors
Apart from the advice you have been given in #2 above, as you are now too late to appeal (after wrongly ignoring in the first place) nothing you can do unless or until you get a lbcca or court correspondence0
