Is it possible for a company to carry on if companies house strikes it off please.

The company no longer exists. It's not there to carry on.
If somebody falsely claims to be working for a company, but the company doesn't exist, then they are personally liable if anything goes wrong.If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -
