County court Claim form

Hi guys I’m new to the forum. I’m looking for some advice regarding a parking charge notice my partner got back in March. We ignored all the demanding letters from them however we are unlucky enough to have received a court claim form. Can I have som advice on how we can appeal this case?

The claim states that we breached the terms of parking on the land.

Post more details of the POC, date issued, which PPC and go read the newbies section where it advises how to proceed if you have received a MCOL

The PoC says:

The driver of the vehicle incurred the charges on 27/03/18 for breaching the terms of parking on the land Albion Mews.

The defendant was driving the vehicle and or is the keeper of the vehicle.

And the claimant claims £160 for parking charges/ damages and indemnity costs if applicable, together with interest of £4.70 pursuant to s69 of the county courts act 1984 at 8%pa
