But thats just for purchases. You cant top up your paypal account via DD then transfer it back to account which is something that people actually want to do.0 -

So PP-wise, if you have it set up as a DD and keep no money in the PP account then just make sure and buy something via PP once a month - would that do the trick as being a monthly active DD?0
