One parking solution. Not authorised, period of grace and driver not keeper

Hi, thank you your help- it was recommended I start a new thread after commenting on very old ones.

I'm at popla stage after submitting the template appeal having received an NTK in the post within the correct time frame.

I'm hoping to appeal on following and would be really grateful for links to similar appeals (I can find keeper not driver and period of grace/ signs)

Driver is clearly not keeper- photographs show a man and keeper is a woman

No evidence supplied for 'vehicle not pre-authorised (no photos or evidence of permit status)

Car was stationary for 8 mins (time stamped) - within period of grace (I know but don't have evidence of, that the contract from landowner suggests 15 minutes as period of grace)

Usual signage issues

So it's mainly the 'pre-authorised' bit I'm missing and should I lead with this? I'll post final draft here when complete. Many thanks

Use every possible point available (if relevant) from post 3 of the NEWBIES, including the very long inadequate signage point, not the landowner, no standing to bring charges, not the same as Beavis, non POFA compliant NTK in addition to the ones you mentioned above.

For Grace periods, quote the relevant part of the BPA CoP which mentions two periods of ten minutes each. If the landowner suggests something shorter, it's up to the scammers to prove it.

Get your own pics of the site and signage to support your points.

If this is a residential case, what does your lease/AST say about parking?

It's not residential and the site is miles away so I can't get more photos.

    I've put together this:

Thanks so much if you are able to look at it- hopefully you can quickly see all the copy and pasted bits

You do briefly mention the poor quality signs, but there are no pictures.

You say you are 'miles away', but have you looked on the internet for pictures?
    Can Google Street View help?
Has the car park been mentioned before on this very forum?
Can you ask on forums based on the town/city in question for pics?

At least you should be using the long 'template' signage appeal point from post #3 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread.

You add that to your POPLA appeal and allege that it's known for certain that the landowner allows 15 minutes grace - and put OPS to strict proof in their full contract to disprove that fact.

Search the forum for POPLA grace to find one to base yours on.
