Hello,
I’m looking for some advice on what to expect when I move property within the same borough.
At the moment I am claiming ESA and am in the support group, also PIP enhanced daily Element. Icurrently live alone and need to move closer to family. I will be moving into a property with a friend with joint tenancy.
Thanks in advance

If you're moving and staying with the same local council then it will just be a change of address. If it's to a different local council and the area is a full Universal credit area then it's this you'll need to claim.Hello,

To be clear, when you say you are moving into a property as joint tenant with a friend, are you a couple or will you have separate room?
If the former this will affect your ESA claim.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0 -
Hi, we aren’t a couple. Thank you for the advice. Sorry for late reply.0
