If I make a change to ESA Income related, will it trigger a UC claim instead

As poppy says I would expect the letter to show c-ESA plus ib-ESA and if this is less than your old IB amount a transitional protection amount would be added. Not sure what the additional amount will refer to. Unfortunately DWP letters about ESA are the worst and very difficult to understand.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0 -
