UK CPM Query

Hi there,
I received a ticket when parking from UKPCM whilst parking at the Chatham Historic Dockyard recently.
It was a PCN stuck on the windscreen.
I appealed on their website as the ticket was a result of genuine confusion around confusing parking rules and a free 4 hour period.
I realise appealing on these grounds was a mistake now and should have consulted this board at that stage.
They have now rejected my appeal and given me 14 days from 24/09/18 to pay the £60 or it will increase.
Given that I have now revealed my details on the appeal form to UKCPM I want to check the correct next steps.
Should I appeal to IAS, some threads suggest this is the route to go, or should I ignore at this stage until I get court letters.
I have 21 days from 24/09 to appeal.
Welcome your guidance.

Don't bother with parking scammers 'deadlines' they mean nothing!! and certainly don't appeal to biased possibly fraudulent IAS, your guaranteed a rejection.
Read the NEWBIES section more, expect a barrage of sewer rat debt begging letters from DRP, Zenith, SCS law and maybe Gallstones (Gladstones)
Only reply if you receive LBA/LBCCC0 -

However, if you are local, go and get some photos of the signs in case UKCPM get kicked out soon, and also complain IN WRITING or by email to the Chatham Historic Dockyard, who should be ashamed of contracting with a notorious ex-clamper with no POPLA option. Landowners CAN cancel PCNs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
