I should of been payed my PPI redress today by RBS
But I was told it still hadn't been processed

RBS say they are waiting for DMO to get back to them
Are they just delaying or is there a backlog of complaints0 -
The only reason for them to delay is if they want to increase their payment to you.
That sounds unlikely, unless you are some kind of VIP customer.0
