Cloned number plate in different car

Gong_yoo
Following the last thread I have started a new thread for cloned number plate but the cloned number plate’s car is totally different with my car. I have received 4 PCNs in a month and I guess it’s more to come.
First and foremost thanks to Mad Coupon for your help from the last thread.
Sorry guys for being such a pain I would like to know where can I cut and copy the complaint email for DVLA and UKPC please?
Thank you.

There isn't a template to tell the DVLA & BPA & UKPC about the differences in your car. You need to email them and send them photos of the differences, and the PCN ref on the UKPC PCN.
You just need to tell all three recipients that the car in the photos is not your car and ask the DVLA to flag up your data as a cloned car and stop releasing data to private firms, and to consider allocating your car a new number.

https://www.theguardian.com/money/2016/feb/27/number-plate-cloning-drivers-fraudA DVLA spokesman says: “Where a vehicle keeper believes their vehicle has been cloned we will consider issuing a new registration number if there is a recurring problem. We would not charge for [this] but the keeper would need to have the plates made up by a registered supplier.”

I seem to recall you said you have already reported this to the Police?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
