Salterhebble (Halifax) McDonalds drive through and Shell Garage Share a common entrance from the main Road (at this point it is worth mentioning that there are no parking signs whatsoever upon entering) Once you have gone through the drive through you are forced to exit on a perimeter road around the back of the Shell garage back to the main road.
After picking up a drink at the drive through and the car park being full i drove along the perimeter road where there is a McDonalds waste bin, finished my drink and disposed of the paper cup.

Two days later i receive a PCN from HX Car Park Manangement LTD demanding £100 within 28 days. The photo of my vehicle on the PCN was clearly taken on foot.
I returned that day and on foot i took pictures of the site and looked for cameras ( i install CCTV and ANPR for a living and can say there are none in the area. confirming the PCN image was taken by whoever with a handheld device.

As i am sure you will already know the signage at this site states "NO STOPPING AT ALL"

Continued.... the remaining text on the signs is too small to read unless stood inches from the sign. impossible from a vehicle.
so as stated before by stopping to read the sign you have been trapped and will be issued a PCN
I have read many other posts and replies as to what to do. my question is. can i wait until i have to send a defense and simply paste and copy the whole lot .
I have contacted the local council - trading standards - even the police as it does look like fraud by misrepresentation. all sympathetic but no offer of any help.
I am trying to contact McDonalds as the waste bin suggests it is part of there land.
What is my next move? All and any help appreciated.

appeal it using the BLUE TEXT template appeal in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread (do NOT ignore it)

no talking or blabbing about who was driving, so edit your posts above

NEVER reveal who was driving UNLESS there is a damn good reason to do so

once the appeal and edits have been done, follow the advice in that thread

also download and read the relevant CoP about the issues involved like GRACE PERIODS etc

    ps:- a similar case here
