Hi Guys,
Are all HSBC Overdrafts credit checked when you do then online, even for smaller accounts like say £500?
Any info would be appreciated, don't really need it would be a nice thing to have as an emergency but don't really want a full blown credit check for £500.00.

Yes they are. If you ask for an increase it even tells you they will do a credit check.0

Ah so its not like the HBOS or Santander systems where they already have a limit they know they will lend you and not even do a hard search if you ask for that limit or below ?
