Hi
Does anyone know good sites for sourcing the above, I love terracotta large oil containers and big dramatic vases etc, the sort you create vistas with rather than plant up but I seem to chance on vintage sites where a piece can cost thousands rather than the hundreds I was hoping for.
I am Hampshire based so a reasonable traveling distance would be good.

TK Maxx Homesense often has large dramatic terracotta things - well worth a visit.0

Thankyou I wouldn't have thought of there so will have a look0

I looked and couldn't see any this week, you may have to wait for the spring.0

Have you tried any garden centres? Somewhere like Keydell Nurseries at Horndean have terracotta, but whether big enough for you I can't recall.0

I have had the misfortune of being roped into moving a massive terracotta pot from Keydells, so they have at least had them in the past.0 -
We loved Keydell Nurseries when we lived down that way. Bought all our codon fruit trees from there and a lot of stuff for the garden.0

I've bought them from Keydell's as well, sometimes there are "seconds", especially end of season, lugging them into the car is the problemEight out of ten owners who expressed a preference said their cats preferred other peoples gardens0

Thankyou all.
Found some in Forest Lodge Farnham
Now have to find out how to secure them so no-ne pinches them0 -

Run a dog screw anchor through the drainage hole that and the weight of planting should keep it in place, if using empty to create theater then secure the screw in concrete, downside you will have to excavate to be able to move the pot but then so would anybody else and there is much easier pickings about.0 -

Same here.... bought loads of plants, planters (including some very large ones, but we've not lived in the area for eleven years) and all our garden furniture from there.....
One of my earliest memories is of going to Keydells with my parents as a small child
