No reply from Parking Eye Appeal

Hi all,

I received two fines for £100 from Parking Eye. I appealed both of these (as the registered keeper) to Parkin Eye on 27th August and received confirmation emails confirming that I had appealed both the charges.

On 5th September I received an email (and later a letter) concerning one of the fines to say that my appeal had not been successful along with the POPLA code. However, I still have not received a reply regarding the other appeal. I have checked the status of both fines and they are both still 'open'. Should I contact Parking Eye?

Many thanks for your help.

I hope you have used the POPLA code and appealed to popla within the 32 days allowed for appealing ?

that is the most important issue here

as for the outstanding appeal, email them on their ENFORCEMENT address and ask where the cancellation or popla code is because they have failed the BPA CoP rule of 35 days for a decision

    Yes I would email:

    info@parkingeye.co.uk

...with the outstanding PCN xxxxx/xxxxx number in the subject line and ask where the POPLA code is for that one. they are not 'fines' so don't call them that, nor think of them that way, these are ''outrageous scam'' (Hansard 2.2.18) PCNs and are there to be beaten if you can.

As for the first one, you are running out of time to submit a POPLA appeal and only have this week to get it in.

Which car park, which retailer, and what contravention?

How long overstay if it's that?

Have you EXHAUSTED the option of a complaint to the landowner? If not, that's the first thing to try, and really push & escalate the complaint, if this was a retailer.

Or was it not putting your VRN into a keypad they hid from view?

Did both PCNs arrive by day 14 & do they BOTH have the POFA words on the back?

Did you admit who was driving in the appeals, and have you checked your spam email folder in case one rejection letter went there?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
