PCN G24 not parked wholly within the bay

Hello

I have just received a PCN from the Local Authority for not parking wholly within a bay (which is true - I wasn't entirely within the bay)

My question is - the road behind the bay (where the back end of my car was) has not restrictions on it, no lines or anything - should I appeal this?

Its only £25 but it is just so annoying (The council are notorious for tickets in this area and they don't give you any grace period at all, which seems very unfair)

Thanks :)

  • Yes you should appeal it and with it being a council ticket you would at the very least get a fair appeal unlike the private parking scammers who reject appeals as fast as a bee stung horse!!
