BW Legal - chasing for wrongly issued PCN

Hi. I have read the Newbie Thread, but have a development.
I received a PCN from Brittania Parking 2 years ago. I had actually paid for my parking at the time of the alleged incident. Brittania finally accepted this, but told me to pay them £20 for their Admin time (they had failed to check their records properly prior to issuing PCN) so I refused as my argument was they should check all their information first. Heard nothing since & therefore do not have paperwork as I considered it resolved. Now I'm being pestered by BW Legal for £160, daily, by phone and email. I have responded by email telling them to contact me by post only.
Originally, I was sent the usual photos of my car entering/leaving their car park, but no in between photos (which would show my ticket clearly displayed in the windscreen!). Surely they have to provide some 'evidence' I didn't pay? Which they haven't got because I did! I don't know what to do next? Do I write to them and ask them for the evidence? Do I complain to CSA or SRA? I'm worried they will pursue this & because I'm just an indidual, I'm concerned just their say so will see me with a CCJ or other fine. Surely they have to provide some evidence? I really have no clue! Would I get to have my say in court? Many thanks for reading & for any advice how to proceed.

Why would you pay a £20 admin when they admitted
    it was their error ????

Britannia are a vindictive company and one of those
nasty little scammers approved by the BPA

BWLegal are just a robo claim outfit who don't have
a clue what is going on, hence they get whooped in court

BUT ..... this is the second time in a month.

Last time is was with NCP, another BPA member, who
ignored what they said themselves and instructed
    the BWLegal mobsters.

It was resolved by the OP informing Steve Clark of
the BPA and it was sorted quickly.

That's what you do, complain to Steve Clark about Britannia
    steve.c@britishparking.co.uk

The BPA really need to sort out their scammers quickly

If you feel that this down market law firm has in any way acted unprofessionally complain to their regulatory body.

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

But, who do you complain to when the SRA themselves
    fail on their own principals
