Esa assessment phase - sick line enough?

Hi there quick question is a sick line from a gp along with your application enough to guarantee they'll put you onto the assessment phase at least? I understand this isn't normally a big deal because it's paid at same basic rate as me a but sick line is backdated two months so to be guaranteed onto the assessment phase means about ten weeks worth of payments to me so is a significant amount of money. So if you submit an application for esa along with a valid sick line does this guarantee acceptance to the assessment phase

Thanks all
