  • Thanks twhitehousescat.
Do you know if the three points regarding planning permission conditions for use of the site you state are still valid today? If you don't I will try to check at the council offices and post this back.

how can initial planning permission be altered or amended?

to my knowledge they are still in force , and i used those facts to tell parking eye (previous parking co) to "do one"

this site is a bit of a funny one , as in aldi refused to give PE permission to start court action there ,

care parking (anchor security) seem to be a company the are used when no court action can be taken , as in all the metrolink sites ,

anchor will know the clauses on the site , just as they do with railway land , but they will fold

they are just after easy money from folks that pay up
  • if you check the planning permission for the change of useage from a garage (dutton forshaw) to a supermarket and related shops back in 1999 , you will see planning permission was given on the proviso

    1: parking for 204 cars

    2: parking for 3 hours

3: parking on site that enables them to use other shops offsite

parking eye ran to the hills when I produced that document at POPLa several yrs ago

this doc can be found or copied at Preston councils offices

Long-time lurker, first-time poster. Sorry if hijacking this threat.

Same location but ANPR PCN. Appeal to POPLA with Care Parking saying this is baseless, as I fail to provided any evidence. So far I have not found anything supportive as there is no mention of such in the original planning application.

The planning application can be found by searching the application number 06/1995/0012 on the Preston Council Planning website (newbies cannot post links...)

Struggling how to draft the rebuttal on this point...
