PCM parking fine - permit slipped in

HI, I received a parking fine from my residential parking company PCM because my permit slipped inside dashboard. They have added photos of my car as an evidence online. I appeal with PCM telling them that I have a valid parking permit but my appeal was rejected. I need help in what to do next? Should I appeal to IAS?
Also the inspector didnt took photo of the driver window properly as evidence, I can always claim that permit was stick on driver window and the inspector when view it?
Need help?

    Should I appeal to IAS?
No! It's not independent, and we consider it a kangaroo court.
    the inspector
He was not an INSPECTOR, these firms operate as scammers, they are not to be respected. PCM were outed on Watchdog as making it up when handling appeals' (there is NO APPEAL and this is a horrible firm to be infesting your home car park):

Why are you displaying a permit, because someone told you to? Why?

Do you have an allocated parking space?

Are you a tenant or a leasehold owner of your flat? What does the agreement or lease say any parking, or rights of way, or rights to peaceful enjoyment?

Were you living there BEFORE PCM were appointed?

Were you consulted about PCM, or just had the permit foisted at you?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
