Boiler needs repressurising. Filler loop has no valves (pics inside)

Hi there. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give. The boiler pressure has hit 0. No heating or hot water. I figured the problem will obviously be the pressure.
I followed standard instructions and located what appears to be the filler loop. Problem is neither side has the black valves. One side simply had a screw in it. When I turn it slightly it releases a little water. The filler loop was attached 100 percent of the time whilst it was working. I have taken photos below. How do I repressurise this?
(filler loop is in airing cupboard with the cylinder, not with the boiler.
MODEL: Ideal Mini s24.

I can provide more photos if needed. Anyone who can tell me how I repressurise this would be a huge help.

Here are the image links as the above didn't seem to work.0 -
When you say it's got no valves, that looks like an isolating valve where you just need to open it with a screwdriver. There must be a reason why your system is losing pressure though,
I'm a bricklayer, not a heating engineer, so you need to wait for some better advice.0 -
Picture isn't overly clear but looks like the one on right is the filling valve, just missing the black tap, just use a small spanner on the brass bit on top, the left one looks like a non return valve only with no tap.0

Thanks so much. Will try the spanner. Is it a problem that water comes out?0
