What to get my dad for 60th??!

Hi,
Please,if anyone has any ideas on what to get my dad for his 60th birthday(January) me and my mum would be very gratefull!!

He lives in Spain most of the year (so a holiday is not really an option)
He doesn't watch much TV, doesn't garden (Spanish apartment doesn't have a garden lol)
He's into computers, but already has one,so not sure about that one either!
We are so stuck, why are men such a pain in the !!!!! to buy for?!

How about one of those pc/photoframes. If he's into Computers then this will satisfy the pc side of the brain with the end result that he can have family photos on the shelf too. (always assuming that he has a digital camera of course!!)

Why not do him a "this is your life" type book with pics and memories from yourselves and other people. My brother did this for my 21st and it was really nice, the personal touch with a lot of thought gone into it.

If he'll be in spain for his 60th, why not have a surprise party and fly all of your family out there?!

otherwise you could get him a red letter day thingy (white water rafting - remind him he's still young!)
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

Organise a family/friends get together and go out for the day then go to a nice restuarant for dinner. Take lots of pictures and have them developed. Next time you visit him present him with the album x

Yes there was but its gone now,you can send off for a dna kit and upload your results seeing if you have any matches across the world. It has only just started (I think) on ancestry here. I am only assuming this is was the previous poster meant. hth
