Just to reinforce what everyone has said.
The descriptors are key. This is the legal basis on which a tribunal will base its decision on.
Concentrate on the descriptors:

See where the additional points should have been awarded, 8 are required for a standard award.
Pmlindyloo's post is very important for you. Read it carefully.
If you can't do an activity to an acceptable standard and in a reasonable time (not more than twice as long as someone without that condition) you should be counted as not able to do it and points awarded.
So, if it takes you a long time to dress, wash, prepare food, etc then you should score points for those activities as you can't do them reliably.

I would strongly advise you to get advice from your local advice agency / CAB. There will be a wait but be polite and persistent - demand on their services is always intense (remember they are a volunteer based charity).
