Euro Car parks notice to keeper

Hi all,
I’m new and have looked at the newbie thread but finding it confusing. Can anyone link me to the right course of action as I can’t find it after searching.
I’ve received a notice to keeper from euro Car parks. I payed for a ticket but overstayed as I was in the small claims court and there was a delay. Unfortunately I overstated by 1hr 5mins after paying for a 3 hour ticket.
Do I pay the reduced £60 or appeal? I’m aware I’m in the wrong here but to get £100 charge seems exceesive. Thanks

No link, as you already had the thread you needed, back where you clicked 'NEW THREAD'.

Click the 'back' button 2 or 3 times and see the NEWBIES thread and read that. It's at the top of the forum.

NO LINK NEEDED, YOU HAVE A 'BREADCRUMB TRAIL' LINK ON THIS PAGE ALREADY.

My signature also tells you that there is a little link back along the top of this page too, you can use that rather than your PC's 'back' button. Read the sticky thread.

Please don't ask us to retype it out here.

I hope the small claims court was not to do with a parking charge as that would be rubbing salt in the wound!

Go back to the Newbie sticky and find the BLUE template appeal and send as is, no alterations, additions or deletions. Then sit back and wait for your POPLA code. In the meantime, take your time and read more about POPLA appeals from the sticky.

Ignore them if you lose at POPLA, but do go through the usual appeals stages using our templates and advice first (not saying who was driving).
