If it's a business loan, it will be payable to the business?

it's unlikely that a business loan would've had a PPI policy attached (certainly in my own professional experience, anyway)
    helpful tips
    it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
    their - 'owned by them'
    they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)

The small business loan definitely had PPI, confirmed by HSBC, recently.

I had a business loan with Barclays that had PPI in 2007. I complained in 2011 when the business had desolved and the refund was sent to my personal account and I did a self assessment to pay tax on it.
