Aldi turkey
Nominal weight with giblets and added water 5.100kg
Weight when defrosted 4.206kg
Weight when defrosted minus giblets 4.016kg
This makes the added water weigh 894gm and cost more than £2.50 per litre.
Poor buy, don't know what the taste is like, probably washed out with all the water.
It's also not showing on the website so can't complain online.

Revolting!..... and yet people will sing the praises of the quality of Aldi/Lidl.

Simple fact is people are mean and disregard the poor quality coz of the ‘cheapness’.

Why have you added Lidl to this?
I find the quality from Lidl to be better than many other "national retailers".
    Lidl aren't "cheap", they're competitive.

Don't know about Aldi, not shopped there for some time.

And why haven't they mentioned Asda or Sainsbury?
It's not only the cheaper places that do this:

Asda and Aldi packs have 18% added water in their chicken; Iceland and the Valley brand in Sainsbury's have 15% added water.

Tesco's pork is the worst in my experience. I had one of their bigger pack better value large pork joints a few years ago and I could ring it out.
Morrisons does seem the best for the quality of their normal priced meat, although even Morrisons cheap branded stuff is pretty wet.

We get our meat delivered from a local butcher who sources organic meat from local farmers. I find the quality and taste excellent, but I'm not sure what the costs are like as our house keeper deals with that
