Getting a CCJ removed. What next?

Hi all
A few months ago I found out via my credit report that a CCJ was taken against me. The company was Cohen Cramer. I applied for a set aside as the paperwork went to an old address which was granted. I then provided proof that I was not living at the address when the supposed debt (provident loan) was taken out.
Today I recieved a letter from Lowell Solicitors who said they had now taken over the case but has written to me and the court with a notice of discontinuance.
Whilst I’m pleased about this I’m wondering what happens next. Will the CCJ be automatically removed from my credit file or do I need to contact anyone about it.
Thanks

It should be removed.
You'll need to confirm with Lowell and/or the issuing courts0 -
Thanks Gary
Do you know how long it would roughly take to get it removed0 -
Depends how long the courts/lowell take to respond.
4-8 weeks is a reasonable amount of time to allow0 -
It should happen automatically, but make sure to hassle Lowell if they are slow to act to remove it. It typically takes 4-8 weeks for changes to your file to flow through and be visible, and that's assuming Lowell act straight away.0

Ah ok. Thanks Praisethesun.
So Lowell has to get it removed and not the court.0 -
Either can remove it.0

Usually the court, as Lowell will write to them, but chase up after a month. As you have received the NoD then the court will, but it depends on their workload as to when it gets processed0

Thanks all.
Unfortunately the court in question is thick as s**t.
The last time I contacted them they returned the forms saying I provided insufficient copies to all parties even though I stated I had sent a copy to Lowell.
I then received the NOD from Lowell. I recieved a letter from the court today thinking it would be informing me they were removing the CCJ - nope.. it was my original forms stating I had filled them in incorrectly.
Absolutely useless ha ha0
