Fitting External Grille

Hello,
Another day, another stupid question from me!
I'm going through the notes from the survey on the house I'm buying and one of them is this:
CONDITION SUMMARY: The opening to the rear wall where the fan extractor in the first-floor bathroom is venting has no grille. It is recommended to fit an external grille to prevent the ingress of vermin to the property.
Here's a picture showing the hole: https://imgur.com/a/4db0Wct
Who would I get to do this kind of work? Just a standard builder?
TIA!

Handyman. It's too small a job for a builder. Specify a grille with a flyscreen. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0
